Either during a pre-move trip or soon after you arrive, we'll spend two days helping to get you familiar with Singapore, seeing places you might not otherwise know about, as well as taking care of anything else you want to see or do. We'll also take this time to get you familiar with everything from public transport to food to local apps.
HOME SEARCH
Separate from the Orientation Tour, we'll work with you before you arrive to understand your housing needs and set up viewings upon your arrival with us and a trusted, licensed real estate agent.
* Market standard agency fees may apply if the rental is below S$3,500/month
BANK ACCOUNTS & CREDIT CARDS
Based on your financial situation we'll help get you set up with the bank accounts and credit cards you'll need for daily life here. We'll also go through all of the different payment methods/apps regularly used to make transfers in Singapore.
TELEPHONE, INTERNET & UTILITIES
We'll advise on the different mobile plans available in the market and help you arrange a pre-paid number on arrival until you can set up your permanent account. Once you secure your housing we'll also help with getting your television, internet and utilities ready for when you move in.
